RATES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES 2016(housing prices do not include bedware)

BOATS:

Kvaernö 19ft, 60hp Yamaha, Lowrance 7 GPS/PLOTTER/FISHFINDER or FURUNO FSIHFINDER

NOK 6400/week

Kvaernö 20,5ft, 100hp Yamaha, Lowrance 7 GPS and FISHFINDER

NOK 7400/week

HOUSING (prices per week, change-over day SATURDAY. Prices dont include linens.):

2-3 person, NOK 12000 including the cabin (no linen/bedware) and a 19ft. boat.

OTHER PRICES:

Firewood for sauna or camp fire NOK 100 per sack. Linen set NOK 100/person

End cleaning NOK 1000, has to be ordered.

Other:

Two-piece flotation suit NOK 500 per week.

Fishing set (line, rod, reel) NOK 500 per week.

Guiding day rate EUR 200.

BOOKING TERMS, BOOKING INVOICES

Booking will be confirmed by e-mail, it can be confirmed by Facebook also. Booking invoices are sent usually in January-March, if hthe booking is done closer to the season then the booking invoice will come in a week or two by e-mail. Booking invoice covers the boat rentals. Rest of the payment (housing) is to be payed at the location with cash (NOK or EURO), or, by request invoice can be sent to the customer.

CANCELLING TERMS

All cancellings must be done by e-mail to camp(@)crazy-cod.com. Cancellings are not valid before Crazy-Cod Camp has verified and agreed the cancelling with the customer.

If the cancelling is done 90 days or more before the event, 75% of the booking invoice sum will be returned. If the cancelling is done 60-90 days before the event, 50% of the booking invoice sum will be returned. If the cancelling is done 30-60 days before the event, the booking invoice sum will NOT be returned. If the cancelling is done less than 30 days before the event, the booking invoice sum will NOT be returned and a full fee of housing is charged. In case of Force Majeure, these terms are not valid.
